WickFirst off, much thanks to Rob for giving me some space on his site. Secondly, I used to write a bunch of formal, quasi-philiosophical garbage on my last site that used to bore the shit out of everybody so I will refrian from doing that crap again.

Anyway, on to The Buiness...

I don't know what on God's green earth is going on in the music industry but I feel like puking everytime I turn it on a so-called "popular" station. It seems that even Indie bands like [insert your favorite post-hardcore, pop punk, sounds like Bright Eyes band here] have broken the DIY oath by signing with these corporate, soul-sucking labels.

I understand that everybody gotta git paid, but it should be aginst the law for these clowns to masquerade as the torch-bearers of independent music because they throw out a bunch of unconventional chords coupled with whiny and "heart-felt" lyrics that I'm supposed to be moved by. Dude, grow a sack write some honest shit for once:

"Hey there my paycheck what's it like in my backpocket..."

I'm out.

P.S. R.I.P. Benito...you'll be missed.
